Bright Futures Chiropractic is a pediatric and prenatal chiropractic center with two locations in Arlington Heights and Pilsen (Chicago) totaling 32 clinic hours.  We are a fast paced, high energy, and growing practice. We are extremely invested in our practice members stories and lives as they are looking to find hope, achieve more good days and optimal wellness. Hours will be at both locations. We utilize CLA Insight technology, care plans, and have a wellness salutogenic practice model!
 

What we are looking for a team doctor:
We are looking for someone that is GREAT with kids, fast learner, hardworking, eager to learn and who can connect to our kid-focused community that we have cultivated. Ideally this person is webster certified, PX certified or about to be certified and has completed some of the ICPA course. If you are not, we can include it in your compensation package! This individual role will mainly be adjusting and KPI’s developed around your strengths. We are looking for someone who wants to be in our office full-time or someone who may want to only work part-time hours and looking for a minimum of a three-year commitment, ideally you will love it here and will become a permanent member of our tribe. A great communicator, one who can have hard conversations with ease and desire to learn and get plugged in to the pediatric/neuro focused community through trainings, seminars, calls, etc. Someone who enjoys co-creating with a team and is highly motivated, coachable and eager to learn!  This person understands the importance of mindset and intention!  We are looking for the ideal fit within the next 6 months!

This person MUST be able to THRIVE in/with:
- High volume, open adjusting

- Newborn and neuro-diverse populations
- Prenatal care – being a part of someone’s birth team is the greatest honor.

- TOTs and Intra-oral work
- Manual adjusting and cranial work

-Or willing to learn!
