Dr. Angie Recendez will be discussing the "perfect storm" and how it may develop in your kiddos, which include infants, toddlers and even teens. We will touch on how those stressors to the nervous system can cause external symptoms that we may see as anxiety, poor sleep, digestion issues, ADHD, and sensory challenges. The goal is to learn and understand the early warning signs and how to prevent the chronic symptoms.
