Dr. Angie Recendez will be discussing the "perfect storm" and how it may develop in your kiddos, which include infants, toddlers and even teens. We will touch on how those stressors to the nervous  system can cause external symptoms that we may see as anxiety, poor sleep, digestion issues, ADHD, and sensory challenges. The goal is to learn and understand the early warning signs and how to prevent the chronic symptoms. Partnering with We Rock the Spectrum Gym is the such a great pairing for this event where fun, learning, and growing come together!  

Just $10 for kiddos to play in the gym. Please let us know how many will be attending so it can be staffed.
