Dr. Angie Recendez of Bright Futures Chiropractic will be discussing the "perfect storm" and how it may develop in your kiddos, which include infants, toddlers and even teens. We will touch on how those stressors to the nervous  system can cause external symptoms that we may see as anxiety, poor sleep, digestion issues, ADHD, and sensory challenges. The goal is to learn and understand the early warning signs and how to prevent the chronic symptoms. During the event, your kiddos will be participating in a hands on activity with clay. They can touch, feel, and create something from start to finish! The owner, Andi Ruhl, has a background in art therapy so all ages are welcome!
