Halloween treats without the tricks



Halloween is one of the holidays that kids wait all year for. It is a chance to dress up, have fun, and fill bags up with sweet treats. Sugar has become the staple for this holiday. We all know sugar is not good for our health and any amount suppresses the immune system and leads to many health concerns. Rates of childhood obesity, digestive issues, attention disorders, allergies, and autism are rapidly increasing. Halloween does not have to be about the candy though.


Kids can still have fun on Halloween by promoting healthier options and creativity.
